**Job Description**:

- Assisting the stores in day-to-day merchandising issues.
- Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximize space to improve and increase products’ sales. Negotiate and suggest impactful in-store locations.
- Comply with planogram. Guarantee presence and visibility through visual comms, POSM and displays.
- Support event, atrium, in-store roadshow doing set ups accordingly. Including eventual chef demos.
- Provide ad-hoc pricing & competitor activities update.
- Liaise and work with Sales and Operations team for promotion activations.
- Propose side offers for supermarkets, aligned with company sales strategic plan.
- Support business operational issues such as price error, out of stock situation, product exchange.
- Liaise with retailers for a clear and flowless inbound/outbound process.
- Build Customer Relationship with Retail Stores staff. Obtain feedback.
- Ensure Counters are maintained and kept neatly.
- Provide training and liaise with promoters to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Availability to work when necessary on weekends (not frequent).
- Other co-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 'O' Level.
- Merchandising in supermarket retail experience for 2 years.
- Require to be a team player and good communicator.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English and preferable Chinese language.
- This role will require travelling between different stores in Singapore.
