About the job:
**Responsibilities**:
Account management & maintenance
- Be the trusted contact point with focus on complex Tier 1 clients
- Manage clients’ expectations by handling daily queries within the agreed SLAs
- Reach out to internal stakeholders and follow up on outstanding client queries
- Act as point of escalation for incidents with embedded risk & lack of appropriate feedback from stakeholders
- Act as client’s ambassador where appropriate (efforts vs TRE)
- Provide high quality answers both in writing as well as by phone.
- Support, educate and train the clients’ Operational staff
- Understand the clients’ set up in internal systems
- Understand the clients’ business and their needs
- Maintain product knowledge and the underlying operational set up.
- Act as a key stakeholder in relevant projects i.e. bigger or complex projects and ad hoc activities.
- Act as a “Go to” person for colleagues in the team and within the value chain.
- Facilitate training of colleagues within the team as necessary
- Maintain and update WINs & PROs
- Act as escalation point during TL’s absence

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Finance/Banking/Business or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate servicing in the Financial Services industry.
- Sound understanding of financial instruments and working knowledge on operations
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with different parties during the project management process.
- Passionate about client service with a can-do mindset, open to challenges and able to meet tight deadlines.
