**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents, representing the Weave brand in all aspects
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
- Recognizing and anticipating/reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our customers, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible customer experience
- Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the Operations team
- Be the go-to person for residents and coordinate with the on-property operations team to resolve resident issues with professionalism and patience
- Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience
- Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed
- Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the Marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
- 2+ years of professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting
- Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, or co-working environments will be a plus
- Experience in coordinating events will be a plus.
- Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crises and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment.
- Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between an early shift (8am - 5pm) and a late shift (11am - 8pm)
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines
