**Job Title**:Intern Ambassador - Social Content Creator & Community Builder
**Organization**:Next Level Play

Next Level Play is seeking enthusiastic student ambassadors to help nurture esports communities in schools and onboard students to our platform. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about esports, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to grow and lead their school’s esports club. As an ambassador, you will gain valuable experience in content creation, community building, and leadership while representing Next Level Play at your institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Social Media**:

- Develop engaging social media content (posts, videos, and stories) to promote Next Level Play and esports activities.
- Highlight events, achievements, and updates through creative storytelling.
- Maintain a strong and positive online presence for your school’s esports club and Next Level Play.

**Community Building & Engagement**:

- Serve as the bridge between Next Level Play and your school’s esports community.
- Organize and promote esports events, tournaments, and campaigns within your institution.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to attract and retain members in the club and on the Next Level Play platform.

**Onboarding & Advocacy**:

- Onboard students to the Next Level Play platform, emphasizing its features and benefits.
- Advocate for esports as a valuable extracurricular activity that fosters personal and team development.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Next Level Play team to align on goals, campaigns, and branding.
- Provide insights and feedback about your institution’s esports culture to refine outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic or university (e.g., NUS, SMU, NTU, or similar institutions).

**Passion for Esports**:

- Genuine interest in gaming, esports, and community-building.
- Active involvement or leadership in an esports club is a bonus.

**Creative & Social Media Skills**:

- Experience in content creation (video editing, graphic design, or social media management) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.

**Leadership & Communication**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire peers to join activities.
- Comfortable organizing and promoting events.
