**Your new company**
My client is one of the top chemical companies in the world focusing on flavour &fragrance. They are currently going through a transformation and seeking for a Demand Planning Manager. This will start off as an individual role, based in Tuas with transport and allowance provided.

**Your new role**
- Develop forecast models with stakeholders based on trends and demand patterns.
- Manage statistical forecasting process and propose and implement solutions to improve accuracy in demand forecasting
- Responsible for the consolidation and validation of all forecasts aligning with sales budget, business needs, operational requirements and supply chain constraints
- Lead the monthly Demand Forecast review meetings and work closely with sales and marketing to provide accurate forecasts which will be used to drive critical commercial and operations processes
- Work on improving the demand forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate and facilitate demand review for the region.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Degree in Supply Chain or related
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in demand planning
- Experienced in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with team across functions and stakeholders at all levels
