**We are currently looking for**: a Manager/ Senior Manager to join our growing regional capital markets platform, with a primary responsibility within the Alternatives Capital Market business for Asia Pacific.
As global markets begin to recover from the pandemic, unique challenges and opportunities have also emerged in real estate markets. There is now a greater need for stakeholders to navigate traditional and alternative asset classes, to appreciate co-working, work from home, the impact of digitisation and growth of data centres, the importance of storage businesses and supply chains, as well as the need for quality and affordable education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Support client relationship management in key asset classes including data centre, education, and storage.
- Explore other alternative asset classes such as co-working, co-living, senior living, etc.

Prepare proposals and financial models, participate in pitch, client discussions, and contribute to the network and growth of the business.

Maintain a positive profile in relevant industry communities via networking and industry seminars and events.

Support internal and external marketing efforts.

Transaction Management & Execution
Work closely with in-country transactional teams to support and where possible lead capital markets and advisory assignments throughout Asia Pacific across a range of alternative sectors. Assignments may include acquisition or divestment of land or asset, build to suit transactions, as well as investment underwriting and advisory.

Collaborate with other business lines on complex assignments including opco transactions, capital raising, and joint venture or partnership structuring.

Regional Centre of Excellence
Orchestrate internal data centre best practice / BD group with relevant in-country leads across Asia Pacific.

Assist local and regional brokers to collate and date transactional and commercial metrics including but not limited to rents, ebitda, margins, yields, IRRs, capital values, pricing multiples, etc.

Develop and maintain database of all stakeholders across alternative asset classes, tracking key stakeholders across developers, investors, operators, key customers.

Maintain, update, and coordinate best practice templates and processes tailored for each alternative asset classes across the region.

Institute sustainability assessment and other operational enhancements to Alternatives workflow and Asia Pacific Capital Markets department with COO and senior management.

Reach across business lines to drive consistency. Identify and support cross sell opportunities.

Support local and regional research efforts and provide sector insights and value-add.

Support local and regional marketing efforts.

Support integration of internal platforms including but not limited to Market Link, Capforce,
