**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the production team to achieve production schedule and volume adherence.
- Drive product quality improvement by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
- Work with production team to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, and equipment
- Work with production and quality assurance team to create/update procedures relating to manufacturing/EHS operations and ensure compliance to good documentation practices.
- Lead investigations relating to deviations in manufacturing operations, writing investigation reports as well as EHS incident reporting
- Participate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment. Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification - Plan execution and analysis. Work with production and quality assurance team to ensure compliance to cGMP
- Drive LEAN manufacturing implementation. Provide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Ensure that corrective action is taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areas.
- Work with the site Process & Facility leader and his team to drive compliance in Environmental, Health & Safety efforts through coordinating safety audits, driving closure for audit CAPA, as well as leading EHS initiatives.

**Who you are**:

- B.S. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree, or an Associates Degree and 3 years experience in production, engineering, or High School diploma with 5 years of experience in production, engineering
- 2-3 years' experience in a cGMP environment is preferred
- Proficient in MS office (word, excel and powerpoint).
- Basic understanding of EHS management system or participation/exposure in EHS processes
- Language Proficiency: Good/Excellent command in English (spoken and written). Good report writing skills
- Ability to work in a team and across functions, with good communication and project management skills
- Meticulous, analytical and possess high level of integrity and ability in ensuring compliance to site procedures/policies as well as local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate good understanding of problem solving tools/skills such as root cause analysis
