Senior Manager, Progressive Wage Mark Admin Office

The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.
The PW Mark Administration Office is a new unit set up by SBF to serve as the public-facing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintain the administrative processes PW Mark certification, and conduct engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the PW Mark Administrative Office to achieve deliverables and KPIs set out in accordance with programme objectives.
- Compile regular reports to update Management and key stakeholders on KPIs and outcomes, and surface critical issues for review and resolution.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to assist companies in enquiries on PW Mark and related matters, and assist with escalated queries.
- Organise outreach sessions and develop social media content to create awareness, understanding and recognition for PW Mark.
- Work with IT team and external vendor to ensure that portal is functional and well-maintained.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 6 years of working experience in Project Management, Customer Engagement or a related field, with 1 year of management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills an ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Good written and oral communication skills, as well as analytical and decision-making skills.
- Team player who is able to contribute both individually and as a team.
- Proficient in organising events and experience in working with digital marketing channels and platforms.
