The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers. The PW Mark Administration Office is a new unit set up by SBF to serve as the public-facing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintain the administrative processes PW Mark certification, and conduct engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, refine and execute marketing and outreach strategies across multiple channels, including social media, to drive awareness, recognition and uptake of the PW Mark.
- Curate and publicise success stories at national and/or industry platforms.
- Manage and coordinate strategic communications with the appointed vendor, MOM, TAFEP and ecosystem partners to present a coordinated and unified approach on the case for businesses to embrace the PW model and by extension, the PW Mark.
- Lead engagement efforts with partners across various agencies and TACs in jointly advancing the case to embrace PWM, beginning with the sectoral and occupational PWs identified by MOM.
- Support the team to:
- Maintain and update the database of certified PW Mark companies.
- Handle day-to-day queries on PW Mark and related matters, collate key issues, and escalate cases for review where necessary.
- Assist in ensuring that the portal is functional and well-maintained.
**Requirements**:
- A good Degree, with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Project Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Detail oriented and highly organised.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, preferably with the experience and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a team player.
