The PW Mark Administration Office is a new unit set up by SBF to serve as the publicfacing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintain the administrative processes PW Mark certification, and conduct engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the database of certified companies.
- Handle day-to-day queries on PW Mark and related matters, collate key issues, and escalate cases for review where necessary.
- Support the organisation and execution of outreach sessions to create awareness, understanding and recognition for PW Mark.
- Compile regular reports to update Management and key stakeholders on KPIs and outcomes, and surface critical issues for review and resolution.
- Work with IT team and external vendor to ensure that portal is functional and well-maintained.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of working experience in Project Management, Customer Engagement or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Team player who is able to contribute both individually and as a team.
- Experience in Netsuite and Oracle CX preferred.
