
Human Resources Executive

**Role Overview**:
He/She will manage the day-to-day back-end HR activities and processes for on-boarding and off-boarding, payroll and benefits administration, policy implementation and enforcement, training and development and compliance.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily back-end HR operations and employment related documentation such as preparation of documents/letters and e-pfile
- HR Systems Management: assist in and participate in HRIS projects systems implementation and enhancement, proposed functional changes and resolve system issues, including UAT/testing.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and job information
- Leave and benefits management and administration.
- Administer compensation and benefit policies and schemes, and process insurance claims including WICA.
- Support and guide employees on HR enquiries and request
- Assist in verification of invoices from external vendors
- Support day to day office administrative work for the HR department
- Assist in the completion of market and statutory HR Surveys and reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in HR Shared Services or similar role
- A Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, liaison with external bodies required (e.g. insurance and medical provider, MOM)
- Well organised and meticulous with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage
