The **Accounts Executive **is responsible for establishing and maintaining the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization. Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare and/or review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with regulations (e.g., GAAP) and company policy. May perform bookkeeping or account management duties. Includes accounts payable, cost accounting, cash management and Controllers responsible for only accounting.

This position is part of the Finance department and will be located in Raffles Place, Singapore - Hybrid. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Ensure timely closing of accounts, reconciliation, and accounting schedules
- AP processing and journal entries
- Process payments and manage banking-related matters
- Prepare quarterly GST return
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 2 years of working experience
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work independently

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Good knowledge of SAP system

Note : This is a 12 months contract.
