
Admin Assistant/ Invoicing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Review and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Respond to client inquiries related to sales and order
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance invoicing efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in invoicing, billing, or administrative support roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in invoicing software and Microsoft office suite (Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
5.5 days work week.
