**Job Title: Strategy Manager**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop strategies at a regional and strategy level to support commercial teams
- Provide support on strategy development with core strategy skills - structuring, story lining, analytics, business case development, workshop facilitation, project management
- Interface with relevant global stakeholders as needed
- Provide program/project management support for high-priority, regional initiatives as needed
- Implement program/project tracking and reporting tools to ensure proactive management, appropriate visibility and clear communication to all relevant partners, working collaboratively with country project leads where relevant
- Identify any risks and develop mitigation plans for successful and timely project execution, within budget and in a compliant manner

**Position Requirements**:

- 6-9 years' experience in strategy development & project management either in a consulting firm or in a strategy role
- Significant project management experience working on projects of varying complexity; PMP favourable
- Experience in the Life Science industry will be a plus, either through Academics or work experience; Masters' degree preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communicator, Proficient in English (written and verbal) and proven presentation skills
- Collaborative, ability to work in a matrixed environment and build cross-functional relationships at regional/country-level
- Proactive, resourceful, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and working with ambiguity
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (or as the need arises by projects)
- Other Skills: Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Tableau, MS Project (or equivalent project management tools)
