Roles & Responsibilities

Manage internal & external correspondences with different stakeholders.

Manage and participate in jewellery exhibitions or events.

Manage end to end operations in assigned special themed projects.

Assist/Manage and carry out all administration and tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.

Assist in travel arrangement including travel visa, hotel accommodation, meetings and calendar management ( if have jewellery fair)

To be involve in the process of crafting promotion and branding advertising script

Promote brand awareness through company’s brand policies and procedures.

Learn and understand the design concept as well as product knowledge on Jewellery and Gemstones.

Able to understand the product, pricing, creative styling, promotions and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.

Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.

Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and store displays.

Keep stock inventory.

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

Maximize sales by achieving sales targets/goals.

Create personal performance value
