
Senior HR Admin Executive

We are seeking an **experienced and driven**Senior HR Admin Executive to support our HR Vice President and lead the execution of HR and administrative functions. This senior role entails recruitment, employee relations, office operations, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and policies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Report directly to the HR Vice President and provide advice and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
- Coordinate and oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Maintain and manage personnel files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Respond to employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, including workstation setup, telephone extension allocation, issuance of welcome kits, office orientation, and familiarization with equipment/processes.
- Competent in payroll process and submission of Government-paid maternity & childcare Leave, make-up claim & IR21
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of local statutory and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
