We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and is able to pick-up the relevant industry knowledge quickly.

**Sales Role**
- Strategize the approaches for target prospects and execute them.
- Lead in client meetings and engage other corporate resources as required to achieve sales expectations
- Actively lead, monitor and close sales deals
- Leverage JobTech’s business network to start sales conversations
- Assess customer pain points and provide solutions to narrow their gaps
- Develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support customer success
- Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior management
- Consulting
- Support team members in discovery sessions with clients to identify clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Leverage strong business and technology acumen to enable clients to be successful
- Service Delivery
- Ensure strong collaboration between client relations and the rest of the functional teams in delivering distinctive client value
- Work with customer success and conduct periodic reviews to assess the overall clients service satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS products or is able to pick up quickly.
- A degree holder with relevant discipline
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Experience in translating the understanding of clients’ business strategies or pain points to tactical sales plans
- Senior stakeholders management skills
- Effective communicator across all levels, mature, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
