**Primary Objective(s)**
- Responsible for effective handling of Spot-Bid / Tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives
- Provide leadership on pricing process, standards and quality to ensure complete and competitive pricing

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Translate and cascade customer’s pricing instructions into RFQ pricing instructions for involved country pricing teams
- Checking for completeness and correctness of submissions in accordance to customer requirements
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local office teams to ensure timely responses on pricing offers
- Reviews and benchmark pricing received from the countries to ensure competitive submission to the customer
- Handle pricing enquiries from countries
- Comprehensive translation from internal pricing file to external customer file
- Ensure timely, competitive and complete submission of RFQ rate cards and other requirements
- Monitor and follow up on bid status and results
- Support agreed pricing process, data quality and compliance
- Upload pricing team’s performance and support pricing head in the quality assessment of the countries
- Work with and keep updated with pricing relevant software
- Update and maintain RFQ tracker in internal reports and management system

**Job Specification**
- At least a diploma in logistics and supply chain management or relevant
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V/H-Lookup etc)
- Good project management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with country pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds
- Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to be able to quickly understand and challenge country bid input
- Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Fluency in English
