You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes. Join our team as a Business Operations Executive, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**：
- **Business Data Management & Follow-up**: Responsible for organizing, verifying, and tracking daily operational data such as order and transaction records to ensure accuracy.
- **Monthly Reconciliation & Settlement Support**: Assist in monthly reconciliation with partners, verifying revenue, costs, and profit-sharing details to support a clear and accurate settlement process.
- **Backend Platform Maintenance**: Maintain and update data in operational backend systems, including product details, client information, and configuration parameters.
- **Process Optimization & Standardization**: Assist in formulating and improving operational procedures to enhance data processing and reconciliation efficiency, and promote workflow standardization.
- **Issue Troubleshooting & Coordination**: Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or order issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- **Cross-department Collaboration**: Work closely with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure data consistency and smooth business operations.

**Requirement**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in back-office operations, data operations, reconciliation, or financial support; reconciliation experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Excel, with strong data sensitivity and good command of **PivotTables**, **VLOOKUP**, and **functions**;
- Basic data analysis and logical thinking skills; able to handle data checks independently;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
- Strong communication and coordination skills; team player;
- Mindset for process improvement and efficiency.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in internet, smart hardware, or SaaS operations;
- Background in financial settlement or report support.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or settlement systems is a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
