**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Application Business Analyst
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and delivery tools
- Recent hands-on experience with product or project implementations, such as mobile apps or websites
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, with foundational training in Cloud principles
- Experience in Vendor and Contract Management, as well as Change Management/Service Request Management and Problem/Incident Management, is a plus
- Excellent product and project management skills, including planning, tracking progress, reviewing deliverables, and effort estimation
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions and determine associated effort
- Familiarity with Singapore Government projects
- Experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres), middleware (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), and automated software testing
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptualization abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Strong technical background is a plus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
