Key responsibilities:_**
**_Develop and implement L&D strategy for the sales market_**
- With reference to H&M Brand global L&D direction, develop and implement a long-term continuous learning strategy aligned to sales market skillset, competence and mindset needs.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment to sales market L&D goals and desired state.
- Work closely with sales market HR to secure appropriate initiatives and upskilling plans to support the growth of teams and be fit for future change.
- Support, coach and nurture leaders in driving learning mindset across teams, as well as secure a strong way of working with L&D routines and policies.
- Identify, guide and support facilitators and trainers in the sales market to deliver qualitative way of working on trainings and workshops, L&D routines as well as management of initiatives.

Manage and evaluate people development strategy for the sales market_**
- Identify upskilling needs through gap analysis and focus group workshop with business leaders.
- Formulate and monitor KPI, goals, training budgets and training calendar.
- Design, source, select and implement internal and external training solutions to support team development and growth at all levels, aligning to sales market goals and future plan.
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions and initiatives to ensure maximum benefit and return of interest.
- Secure the right organization in accordance with future needs and challenges with talent identification, development, retention and succession planning.
- Bridge capability gaps through development and contribution management, team development and strategic recruitment.

Besides your personality we see that you have / are:_**
- Formal education in HR / L&D or Business Management and related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of L&D concepts and is people growth centric.
- Adequate working experience and have track record in leading learning, growth and people development in retail or relevant industry.
- Excellent internal drive, results driven and willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights.
- Effective and inspiring communicator, charismatic, clear and convincing.
- Influential and catalyst leader with experience in leading teams, self, as well as meaningful collaboration with key stakeholder.
- Analytical and insights driven (to drive through growth strategies).
- Experience working in an executional, cross functional role collaborating with multiple teams across different geographies.**Additional Information**:
This position is based Singapore Office and will report to Regional Talent and Development Manager.
