**Our client**:
A general construction group **listed on the SGX Mainboard with 40 years of experience **, during which we have handled a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to conservation houses, schools, churches, industrial buildings and business parks. They are **A1-graded under CW01 **(General Building) and **A2-graded under CW02 **(Civil Engineering) by the Singapore's Building and Construction Authority.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective project planning and implementation, efficient use of resources, and proper co-ordination and delegation of works to successfully complete project by the contractual deadline and within the budgeted cost
- To lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision
- Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met.
- Co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters
- Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements
- Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client & regulatory requirements
- To assist management in monitoring the effectiveness of the risk control measures
- To recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment
- Ensure high Environmental, Safety and Health standards are upheld on site at all times

**Requirements**:

- **Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent **_(recognized by PEB) _
- At least 8 years of BTO project experiences from piling stage till handover or contract ending.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong knowledge in project management
- **To be appointed as RP (Recognize Professional), TC (Technical Controller) and technical personnel for BCA registration.**:

- _Accredited with Accreditation of Project Managers (APM) or Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) is preferred _
- _Short notice preferred _
- **_Able to commit 5.5 days work week _**:

- **Able to stationed at site**:_Toa Payoh (HDB) / New Project TBC _

**Salary**

$6,500 - $9,000
