**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE).
- Programme Development and Management
- Implement curriculum for innovation & entrepreneurship education programmes.
- Develop and manage programme timelines, milestones, reporting and deliverables, including the GII Programme and OWSE, or equivalent.
- Ensure effective operations in compliance with university policies.
- Programme Impact and Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the programme and its impact on the startup ecosystem.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the uniqueness and effectiveness of the programme.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building
- Identify and organise collaborative initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to student leaders, faculty, investors, sponsors, corporate partners.
- Identify strategic opportunities for IIE and SMU and build relationships with key stakeholders and networks that support the acceleration of student innovation and cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset.
- Student Club Management
- Oversee and guide student leaders in the areas of club governance, workplans and finance to establish credible student-led clubs in SMU.
- Provide institutional support and cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset among student leaders and clubs through experiential activities. & events
- Financial Oversight and Fundraising
- Track the budget and utilisation of the club & programme(s).
- Ensure optimal utilisation of programme-specific funds.
- Marketing and Brand Strategy Development
- Support the development of marketing strategies to elevate respective programme's profile and awareness within SMU, locally and regionally.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business, Education or related disciplines.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of budget, grant administration and financial management principles.
- Diligent and outcome-driven.
- A keen sense of ownership and accountability, acts with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with mínimal amount of direction, thrives in high pressure and high expectation situations.
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented with a strong desire to be successful.
- Up-to-date with industry trends in the innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system.
- Deep knowledge and network in the local & SE Asia innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem will be viewed favorably.
- Experience in designing and delivering quality experiential learning educational programmes, and relevant experience. as an educator or mentor to the youth is a plus.
