AlphaLab Capital Ventures sits within AlphaLab Capital Group and makes early-stage investments in pre-seed to Series A with a focus on DeFi and Infrastructure. We are looking for a Venture Analyst Intern to work with the firm’s investment team and play a critical role in sourcing deal flow, conducting market research, and due diligence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct deep market research & analysis across DeFi, blockchain infrastructure and analytics, NFTs, privacy zk solutions, web 3 platforms & middleware
- Attend hackathons, events, and build a network of founders
- Source investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and write investment memos with a recommendation
- Source applicable projects for market-making
- Publish in-depth research
- Engage with portfolio founders to support their efforts
- Passion for crypto assets, decentralized technology, and investments
- Demonstrated capability in computing, financial modeling, and/or deep knowledge of the crypto industry.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative and operate with mínimal oversight
- Intellectually curious, with strong analytical and communication skills
