**PART TIME VENTURE DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP (16H/WEEK)**
Marymount Labs is disrupting the primary care sector in Singapore. Today, community care operations are complex and labour-intensive, with multiple care ops staff and nurses required to serve a small number of residents. By building an ecosystem of digital utilities to optimise care operations, we are reimagining the future of community health. We are now piloting our first suite of products with customers.
As a Venture Development Intern, you will be assisting our founders to develop a coherent product and growth strategy. You will also interface with our engineering team to create robust user documentation and product testing guidelines.
We value culture and skills fit in our team. Hence all prospective interns will be placed under a two-week probation period, before starting the 3 months internship. There is a possibility for extension and even a place in our core team if appropriate.

**What You Will Do**:
Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis
Identify trends and market opportunities outside the operating core
Conduct market research on competitors, providing qualitative and quantitative insights
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our core technology offerings
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
**Who You Are**:
Business, finance, and/or technology-related (Engineering, Science) background
Evidence of strong inductive reasoning skills and scrupulous attention to details
Strong growth mindset with a relentless hunger to learn
