Micron recently announced a $200M Deep tech fund, focused on investing in early stage startups. We are seeking a strong, well-rounded intern who is as ambitious self starter hungry to learn about startups and venture capital. We are a small team, and the Intern will assist in shaping and executing Micron Ventures’ efforts investing in and supporting the top startup founders in the world.

**Responsibilities included but not limited to**:

- Aid Ventures team in fund marketing and community outreach, including social media.
- Assist sourcing startup investment opportunities in our deep tech and artificial intelligence focus areas.
- Scans environment for compelling startups, maintain pulse on market conditions and emerging technology trends.

**Knowledge, Skills & Ability**:

- Passionate about new technologies and business models.
- Fearless individuals willing to jump in, participate, listen, and learn.
- Ability to work independently and form opinions/recommendations based on data.
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem solving and written and verbal communication skills

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM based field (in progress or recent graduate).
- Cursory understanding of the startup ecosystem in Silicon Valley.
