The Giving Well (TGW) is an initiative of =Dreams Asia, a philanthropy and social innovation collective. TGW is designed as a program management and capacity building platform focused on resourcing and supporting =Dreams Asia partners, who are community programs, leaders and organisations solving for breaking the cycle of poverty for families in underserved communities across Southeast Asia and China.

TGW will enable mission-aligned organisations and leaders with curated resources such as funding, strategic capability development, management support and connections to social capital.

**Key Job Responsibilities of Finance Executive**:
Finance Executive reports to the Treasurer and Chairman of TGW and supports the full spectrum of accounting and finance activities including assisting with collation of data and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management reports
- Monitor and plan the cash flow requirements, in charge of banking/treasury functions
- Prepare and review the account consolidation
- Liaise and work with Board and treasurer on management reporting and financial reporting
- Manage and support the audit process, able to prepare and organize necessary supporting documentation
- Involved in ad-hoc projects including fundraising and donation management

**Work Experience Requirements**
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Accounting qualification or accreditation
- Experience in an accounting firm or a large charity an advantage
- Familiar with charity related accounting processes and financial governance
