
Accounts Assistant/ Finance Officer

Assist the Accountant in all Finance/Accounting Operations in Accounts Receivables & General Ledger, work with the teams together to meet the respective Finance timelines within the company.
**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Prepare daily sales records and create invoices ;
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
- Prepare ad-hoc payment process run ;
- Support the month-end accounting closing activities and month-end/year-end closing report ;
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules ;
- Involve in the preparation of intercompany reconciliations ;
- Assist various departments in accounting issue and queries ; Perform any ad-hoc accounting/financial tasks as may be assigned.
**Technical and Educational Competencies**
- MS Office & Excel
- SAP (added advantage)
- Possess a Nitec/Higher Nitec in Accounting / LCCI/ CAT or related discipline
- 1-2 years of working relevant working experience Fresh-Grad are welcome to apply
