Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting and finance management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting and finance management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not required
- Experience in relevant industry is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and techniques.
