**Responsibilities**:

- Management Reporting / Budget and Forecast
- Support the Group’s strategic, business and customer planning exercises by preparing and reviewing the annual budget, forecast and work plans in accordance to Management aspirations and Group’s need
- Consolidate, monitor, report and analyse Business Unit’s performance in terms of revenue, expenses and key value drivers
- Track performance against budget, KPI and work plans, highlighting any issues and variances
- Carry out monthly rolling forecast and highlight exceptions, key risks or mitigation plans
- Lead creation of metrics to improve business performance and drive business decisions
- Perform financial and business performance analysis / analytics in support of business activities and decision making for sales and product
- Sales Enablement and Account Management
- Drive business cadence through sales funnel review and financial review
- Manage compensation scheme and payout, perform due diligence checks, maintain governance and resolve disputes
- Manage technical tools and CRM platforms / initiatives for pipeline management, compensation and to drive sales activity and performance
- Business Management
- Prepare the necessary management reports and support business unit data related requirements
- Preparation of management presentations for optimal and simple delivery of messages
- Manage changes to systems to ensure alignment to sales and business operations
- Support any other identified projects needed at the unit level

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Economics with at least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Self-starter, capable of prioritizing, managing, and delivering multiple concurrent projects with little guidance
- Must be meticulous and have an analytical mind, attention to details
- Able to handle numerous time critical assignments simultaneously
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills, confident in communicating with senior executives, ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards and presentations
- Must possess excellent Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
- A good business and IT knowledge would be an advantage
