Accounting Manager and Payroll

**Job Description**:

- Provide financial support including full-set accounts, book-keeping
- Prepare monthly payroll for 2 entities in timely manner
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS
- Prepare, review, analyse quarterly Financial Statements
- Prepare Annual Income tax (IR8A) & Tax Clearance (IR21)
- Computation of Corporate Income Tax
- Completion and submission of Form C
- Provide corporate secretarial service
- Prepare director and shareholder resolutions, lodging of all changes in the company and its officers with ACRA
- Prepare year-end Director's Report and Unaudited Financial Statement for lodging with ACRA and IRAS
- Support audit and tax queries
- Supervise junior accounting staff

Requirement:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- With ACCA, CPA equivalent certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as an accountant role or hands-on accounting functions and payroll processing for above 100 headcounts
- Good communication (English, Mandarin) to communicate with external and internal associates
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero advantageous and payroll system (QuickHR)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficiency and work closely with management associate for corporate accounting issues
- Work efficiency and accuracy to meet accounting and payroll deadline
- Experience working with education centre or education sector is a plus
- Able to commence work within short notice will be added advantage.
