Overview
Payroll & Accounting Manager role at ACCA Careers. This is a regional role overseeing payroll and accounting operations across Asia, driving transformation projects and supporting business growth across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
Oversee payroll operations across APAC ensuring accurate and timely processing with support from local payroll agents.
Manage payroll compliance, banking relationships and support process improvements projects.
Support month-end closing, preparation of financial statements, management reports, audit and tax matters.
Collaborate with regional finance managers and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
Act as a change agent in transformation projects to streamline operations.
Qualifications
Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
Recent experience holding dual portfolio in payroll and finance with a reputable multinational.
Strong understanding of Asia payroll practices, banking relationships and multi-currency operations.
Hands-on and adaptable, thrives in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
