**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring**
- Develop clear project plans outlining the objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
- Identify potential risks and interdependencies across various scopes.
- Track and monitor project progress.
- **Resource Management**
- Allocate and supervise resources, where appropriate, to ensure projects tasks are completed efficiently and timely.
- **Stakeholder Communication**
- Co-develop communication plans with the Deputy Director, Operations to ensure strong communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risk, challenges, and milestones.
- Address any stakeholder concerns and manage expectations through rationale sharing and clarification sessions.
- **Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure project files are organised and categorised intuitively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Proficient in project management skills and/or tools and software.
- Strong ability to ‘connect-the-dots’ and pre-empt potential issues proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, flexible and work well in an environment with volatile changes.
- Enjoys varied projects and exploring new ideas to constantly better the current state.
