- Ensures business results, alignment with Organisational Unit (OU) and “Bottler”. Overseas operations in the territory of Singapore supervising all operations, adding to that identifying and capturing new opportunities across the franchise.
- Leads the growth agenda with Bottlers operations aligned with the OU strategy. Manages New opportunities mapping, strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler.
- Responsible for orchestrating The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC)’s-network initiatives and securing bottling partners’ alignment and flawless execution. Jointly with the Indonesia Franchise Operations Director (FOD); the FOD leads the growth with Bottling partners, aligned with the OU’s and center’s strategy.
- An agent of change, the Franchise Operating Director (FOD) will be a key player in the system’s transition to the new operating model and ways of working.
- Scope: UC +31MM; System NSR: USD +$112MM
**Detailed scope.**
- Responsible for achieving business growth in Coca-Cola (KO) and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio, multi channels and the KO System.
- Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.
- Manages and articulates the day-to-day operations of the franchise; working very close with the Frontline teams. Co-Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve Business Planning (BP) objectives (e.g. share, transaction, Revenues, volume); leads communication flow between Bottler and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; executes strategies with bottler & 3rd partners; cooperates with bottler to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
- Manages projects and leads the Route-To-Market (RTM), execution and commercialization from concept to launch; establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs
- Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example: design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs
- Ensure Non-Alcoholic Ready To Drink (NARTD) Growth, on the top of Business Plan execution.
- Regarding new products this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks and opportunities and communicate them timely and effectively to the frontline team from marketing, commercial strategy and innovation functions to be considered as input for current innovation processes.
- Wire with their peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment across the territory.
**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**
**Experience**
+7 years within the KO System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent; where leading through influence play a key role. the Industry. Desired: Bottler Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended: Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Horeca, Modern, Traditional Channel), Route to Market and Revenue Growth Management
**Work Focus**
- Lead Governance Model between KO and Bottlers.
- Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RTM, POS, Incentives NARTD vs total portfolio and other commercial initiatives.
- Acts with a high level of autonomy so decision making must be sound and mindful ok KO and bottler impacts in guidelines, principles and impact.
- Continuous finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the OU strategic priorities
