The Business Transformation Director will be responsible for driving our business towards top performance by orchestrating the identification, analysis, discussion and resolution of key business issues at the Franchise level, Bottling partner level, Organisational Unit (OU) level and together with the Centre. Reporting to the VP of Strategy for the ASP OU, this is a highly visible role which will gain extensive network exposure and have the opportunity to demonstrate thought leadership on some of our most complex ongoing performance topics.

**What you will do for us**
- ** Manage the bottler Top to Top dialogue (20% of time allocated)**:A key element of driving business transformation for us includes aligning long term strategy with the group leadership of our key bottlers, helping keep track of performance along these strategies and teeing up course corrections where needed. To do this, you will:

- Ensure that quarterly top to top meetings are calendarized with our 3 main bottlers: CCEP, BIG, SWIRE
- Send a monthly performance overview to the top-to-top leadership maintaining an always current view of business performance. Prepare, align internally and send a prep note 2 days before the board meeting with CCEP
- Develop and continually refresh an agenda of key strategic topics that need to be discussed in the top-to-top meetings and ensure that the relevant PICs are making progress along these topics
- Prepare the materials for the actual top-to-top meetings in alignment with topic leaders from The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and strategy/business leaders from the bottlers
- ** Manage the monthly Franchise performance dialogue (20% of time allocated)**:Every month our franchise units run through a routine of understanding their business and sharing it in the Organisational Unit Leadership Team (OULT) in a monthly business review (MBR) which is a cornerstone of our performance routines. To manage this, you will:

- Ensure the MBR routine is fully calendarized throughout the year and any calendar conflicts are identified and resolved early
- Work with platform services team to continue to refine tools available to the franchise strategy leads to build and discuss the MBR summary
- Understand the MBR pre-reads, sit through the MBR presentations, witness the discussions in the OULT and deliver a clear next steps summary to the OULT based on these. Keep track of next steps month on month
- ** Help drive the OU operational effectiveness agenda (20% of time allocated)**:
Improving operational effectiveness is a key priority for the ASP OU with its relevance to improving engagement and making the network work. To this end we have kicked of a mosaic of projects, and you will represent strategy in these projects by:

- Leading our “multi-year” data transformation initiative which is currently in its first iteration. This initiative involves close collaboration with Platform Services and has a bold vision of making data a competitive advantage
- Participate in other ongoing efforts including: Routines project, Prioritisation project and any other projects as they might arise
- ** Contribute to “OU to Centre” discussions (20% of time allocated)**

Throughout the year the OU is involved in several discussions with the centre team on key topics and representing the OU in these discussions is a core pillar of the network model. To help this, you will:

- Keep track of OU participation and achievement of actions and KPIs for Enterprise-Wide Initiatives to communicate to the global EWI team as a part of the EWI network
- Support the growth strategy team on LRP as needed and organize the franchise strategy team to work in a unified way on ABP including understanding and communicating templates
- Co-ordinate the representation of the OU strategy team into the global strategy network where needed
- Support the OUP and other functions on an “as requested” basis for discussions such as QDD, Woodruff, ASP business overview for ELT visits

**Qualifications and requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in the FMCG space or in Management consulting
- Top skills needed:

- Organize and hold senior level meetings,
- Absorb large amounts of performance information and create clarity out of complexity,
- Verbally communicate with confidence and manage conflict,
- Write impactful narratives in word and in ppt,
- Ability to think ahead and organize milestones and deliverable to happen on time
- Comfort with constant change and evolution of agendas
- Genuine interest in people and collaboration
- Future back vision pertaining to data transformation
