**Corporate Recruitment**:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including early childhood educators and corporate support positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure all recruitment practices align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
**Internship and Campus Outreach**:
Develop and manage internship programs tailored for aspiring early childhood educators, providing meaningful exposure to the profession.
Partner with tertiary institutions, polytechnics, and universities offering early childhood education programs to build strong relationships and a sustainable talent pipeline.
Organize and participate in campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote the organization as an employer of choice for early childhood educators.
Design engagement activities for interns, such as mentoring programs and hands-on classroom experience, to support their professional growth.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internship programs and campus initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
**Data Management and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment and campus outreach activities, generating reports on key metrics and outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to refine talent acquisition strategies and align them with organizational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resources or any related degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in managing internship programs and campus outreach.
Passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of the sector’s talent needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Familiar with Google suite
