**Responsibilities**
- Ownership of the complete sales cycle for Key Accounts, from the qualified lead stage to close.
- Educate leads/customers on the value of Pigeonhole Live in a thoughtful way
- Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of Pigeonhole Live’s buying cycle
- Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Help educate customers on the value of Pigeonhole Live throughout the adoption cycle
- Navigate key decision makers to build Pigeonhole Live’s awareness within organizations
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with Pigeonhole Live teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
- Build strategic adoption and growth plans for customers
- Work with Marketing in implementing account-based marketing to increase conversion rate and retention rate.
- Work with Customer Success team in delivering a world class customer on-boarding experience of Pigeonhole Live customers and achieve contract renewal
- Work alongside both Marketing and Customer Success team to identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
- Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers
- Handle inbound customer communication and organise/escalate issues appropriately including billing, legal, security and technical enquiries
- Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
- Attend events that use Pigeonhole Live and analyse product/market fit, identify potential turn key features and observe overall customer experience using Pigeonhole Live at the events.
- Server as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of quota-carrying account executive experience, preferably in a SaaS organisation
- You are ethical, positive, competitive and driven to achieve goals
- You are strong, proven in negotiation, interpersonal and closing skills
- You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise, spoken and written communication in English
- You take an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
- Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
- Strong track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations
- Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
- Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
- Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
- You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
- You have a passion for data and its usefulness to support decisions that drive measurable performance
- You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
- You are a team player and performs in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
