We are looking for a (Senior) Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- RFQ for mechanical, electro-mech commodity; per customer specification or propose alternatives
- Quote Leader for assigned customers, responsible for BOM submission
- Cost reduction and alternate sourcing program for new and existing projects
- Supplier base management covering Quality, Delivery, Cost and Contract finalization
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for First Article Approval
- System set up for approved parts and suppliers
- Project management
- Contribute to the company risk management process in accordance with your position and duties / responsibilities
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
- Preferably with sheet metal and machining experience & supplier base.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with Oracle and/or SAP module knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
- Able to read technical drawings
