Reporting to the Head of OEM Team, the key roles and responsibilities of the Procurement / Senior Procurement Manager include OEM management. Job holder will manage and engage with OEM on all the company’s activities with focus on airframe manufacturers. The job holder is required to build relationships across various levels of the OEM and promote the company as a leading lessor to work with and achieve the best terms for the company.

**Job description**

OEM Management:

- To be the key person responsible for any procurement exercise that the company may be engage in and participate as the key point of contact with OEM on negotiations.
- Develop a network with various contacts in OEM to position the company as a top-tier leasing company.
- Support and coordinate with other departments on various OEM matters.
- Regularly share market insights, market intelligence and trends with key stakeholders across all business functions

OEM Capex opportunities:

- Build and utilize OEM contacts and identify near or long-term aircraft capex opportunities and provide any leads in support of EVP Procurement.

Aircraft Programs Support:

- To support SVP Procurement (Configurations and Delivery) on OEM program matters, where needed, to ensure the best outcome on company’s aircraft placement efforts during aircraft placement campaigns.

Aircraft Pricing matters:

- To work with Procurement Pricing Team on contractual pricing matters.

Ad hoc requests/Special Projects:

- Contribute to department’s other key goals and any ad hoc business projects as assigned by Senior Management, Chief Procurement Officer, Deputy Head of Procurement or Head of OEM team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a Technical, Procurement or Aircraft Project role or in a similar capacity.
- Able to think strategically, highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and numerical skills.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to navigate and manage OEM contracts.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence stakeholders of all levels.
- Highly driven with a strong commitment to deliver quality work.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and travel at short notice
