**1. Summary**:
**We are looking for a designer who shows a good sense of design principles, graphic skills and strong attention to detail.**:
You will need to be passionate about creating real value with your designs in the growing e-commerce and digital marketing space. Someone who truly understands the importance of going deep to learn about the market, translating the learnings into designs that will resonate with the audiences with speed and quality, and consistently test different variations of creatives to achieve breakthroughs.
While the pace is rigorous and fast, you will be working in a creative team full of supportive, goal-oriented and talented people who are excited to work with you and deliver great results on a daily basis.

**3. Job scope**
- Produce creatives of quality and volume, showing flair for design and innovation.
- Deliver a consistent quality of work that is on brand within the agreed timeframes.
- Experiment with different formats, placements and styles to get the best performance possible.
- Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative planning phases.
- Participate in helping to shape and define briefing for new projects.
- Study data across multiple channels to reveal consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with our customers in meaningful ways.
- Support brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and look for new creative opportunities throughout the customer journey.
- Contribute to team meetings and other marketing touchpoints.
- Alert internal stakeholders as issues arise and be solution oriented to resolve issues together.
- Work with external design agencies and draft comprehensive design briefs for projects.
- Learn, unlearn, and relearn to keep up with ever evolving design systems.
**4. Compulsory Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of commercial design experience in e-commerce/digital marketing/advertising/relevant industries.
- Highly proficient with Adobe tools. Especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Robust grasp of design thinking skills (Clarify, Ideate, Develop, Implement)
- Wants to focus on data/performance-driven design rather than just designing for aesthetic or artistic purposes - our designers focus a lot on understanding the market on a deeper level, creating designs that resonate with our audiences. You'll need to understand the psychology in marketing, have strong research skills and interpret marketing performance to keep up with the target market’s changing desires.
- Strong communication skills - able to put thoughts and ideas across logically, clearly and understanding what is required will be key.
- Strong ownership with a high level of initiative - ability to be proactive to push for ideas and new projects, having a strong sense of ownership ensures goals are met, challenges are communicated, resolved and projects are seen to completion with quality.
- Resilient with the ability to handle high pressure - like any startup environment, the pace will be fast and the activities will be dynamic. Having a never give up attitude and the ability to extract learning points from failures and use them for optimising performance in future projects is crucial.
- Highly agile and adaptable - everyday, we test a lot of creatives on our paid marketing channels. You will need to be able to think on your feet, take feedback constructively, learn results from the tests quickly, and execute new tests with speed and quality.
- Growth focused, self-motivated, independent in learning with an open and curious mind - without this, you will find yourself lacking behind very quickly.
- Great team player - resourceful, able to work cohesively and contribute in a team while being able to carry out individual responsibilities independently and effectively.
