Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,You will work closely with the Operations Manager and/ Admin ICT Manager,SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms.

2. Locking all rooms at the end of the day

3. Perform traffic duty at respective school gates as assigned

4. Accompany contractors for maintenance or repair work of equipment and premise.

5. Arrange desks and chairs for school events.

6. Any other duties, include Saturday work, as and when required.

7.Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services,

compilation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;
8.Report building faults to Operations Manager;
9.Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.

Job Requirements:

- must have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.
- should preferably have experience in providing cleaning services.
- should preferably have experience working in customer-service related jobs.
- must be physically able to provide logistics support for school events.

- Have 6 months of prior experience in operations or job related experience as

Summary:
Contract Period: From 20 January 2025 (or earlier) to 30 June 2025.

Working Hours:

- Mondays to Fridays: 9:15am to 6:45pm, inclusive of 30min of lunch break.
