**Role**:
This is a **full-time **, onsite, **Operations Support Officer **Role in **MOE Secondary School **. If you are selected,

You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM), Operations Manager (OM) and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Secondary school (nearest **MRT**:

- Yishun & Khatib) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting minor maintenance and decoration of the school
- Providing support to staff on all matters relating to eco-learning and recycle art matters.
- Perform minor repair works
- Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
- Taking on additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably three years of relevant experience in school operations

**Summary**:
**Contract Period**:From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

**Working Hours**:
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
