HR & Admin Executive

**Job Description:
- **
- Perform full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
- Perform staff recruitment via various means to meet the company man power demand
- Perform HR Admin work, including orientation, exit clearance, staff discipline, promotion, accidents, insurance, medical claims, arranging travel. etc.
- Maintain and update employees’ records in HRIS system
- Able to draft HR related letters and notices, and communicate well with staff and related government agencies
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to solve work pass related, dormitory issues, and implement MOM policy for foreign workers
- Manage staff attendance, leave administration, computation and calculation of Overtime claims
- Handle employees’ welfare and enquiries, organize events and activities for staff.
- Perform staff engagement and retention. handle, coach, and guide on staff discipline and grievances.
- Arrange trainings and development for employees, facilitate staff appraisal.
- Manage and maintain company building and facilities (e.g. Lift renewals, fire safety equipment, etc)
- Manage and maintain company’s machinery and equipment
- Keeping track of vehicles’ inspection, accident report and claim
- Other administration tasks
**Requirements:
- **
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MOM requirements
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environment
- Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel etc
- Preferably staying in North/West area
