**Position: Chief Sales Officer - Online Travel Services Division**

**Location**:Flexible (Remote Work Option Available)

**Type**:Commission-Based Role (with potential for future salary and benefits based on performance and growth of the division)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**:Spearhead the sales operations of our online travel services division, focusing primarily on the Chinese market. Utilize your extensive sales expertise to develop and execute robust sales strategies that align with our company's vision and market opportunities.
- **Market Expansion**:Actively seek and establish new business opportunities within the online travel sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners in China, to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- **Sales Management**:Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Implement effective sales methodologies and practices to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:Work closely with Comunto LLP’s marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
- **Performance Analysis**:Continuously monitor sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize results. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress and market trends.
- **Team Building and Leadership**:As the division grows, recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the travel industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and experience in dealing with Chinese clients and partners.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
