Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Sales Team Management: Hire, train, and manage sales staff to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Sales Operations Optimization: Streamline sales processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Sales and operations management experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
