**Overview**:
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our trading firm, ensuring that our business strategies align with our long-term goals. You will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes, enhancing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Operational Leadership**: Lead and manage all operational activities, ensuring efficient processes and resource management to achieve strategic objectives.

**- Strategic Development**: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement business strategies, aligning operational goals with overall company vision.

**- Risk Management**: Develop and implement risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate operational risks associated with trading activities.

**- Team Development**: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

**- Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ethical practices.

**- Technology Integration**: Drive the integration of technology and data analytics to enhance trading operations, improve decision-making, and support business growth.

**- Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to support business objectives.

**- Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the trading or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of trading operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
