**Job Descriptions**
- Continuously observe the BMS for any alarms or deviations from normal operation.
- Take prompt action to address system alerts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Modify parameters within the BMS to optimize system performance based on occupancy, temperature, or other factors.
- Document all actions taken and generate reports on system performance and energy consumption.
- Performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking components.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing components like compressors, filters, and ductwork.
- Servicing ACMV systems, including chemical washes, overhauls, and general maintenance.
- Identifying and resolving issues in ACMV systems.
- Responding to defects, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Performing daily inspections and logging of all facility systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
- Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
