BMS Technicians are in high demand to manage and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).

Job Description:
  • This role involves performing tasks assigned by the team leader or project manager for any technical issues, breakdowns, or calls from clients.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor and follow up on procurement of parts, perform price negotiations to meet requirements, and coordinate with engineers/technicians/subcontractors for day-to-day work.
  • Responsibilities also include ensuring workmanship and quality for all equipment installed at sites, coordinating with team members until project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform assigned tasks related to BMS systems.
  2. Procure and manage parts, negotiate prices, and coordinate with engineers and technicians.
  3. Ensure equipment is installed and maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a minimum O-level or Diploma in Engineering qualification.
  • Experience in BMS, Facility Management (FM), or Electrical, Lighting and Ventilation (ELV) is preferred.

BMS Technicians require excellent technical support skills and strong teamwork abilities. They should be able to troubleshoot, construct, perform hardware and software engineering, electrical, and electronics-related tasks.

As a BMS Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining complex building management systems.
