**About the role**

Carry-out BMS preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database

**Responsibilities**

As a BMS Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

- Carry-out BMS monthly preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database etc.
- Record servicing and maintenance data and generate servicing report.
- Attending to customer services complaint/request and follow up with repair, troubleshooting works.
- Upgrading/Improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/IVU/Web Control system with the objective of reducing overall building energy consumption
- Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance the BMS System
- Perform Weekly standby hotline duty, answer call and attend complaint at site.
- To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment.

**Requirements**:
As a BMS Service Technician you must have:

- Diploma/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Knowledge of BMS/IVU/Web Control System
- Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, HRU etc.
- Min 5 years hand on experience with BMS / PLC / HVAC
- Understand AutoCAD and Electrical drawing
