**Associate Director, Product Owner**

The Product Owner will work with global stakeholders to understand their need and articulate a delivery method that adds value and supports the delivery of Health and Benefits’ strategy.

The Product Owner will be responsible for working with the business to develop requirements, systems design, manage and facilitate testing and design change management programs for major Health and Benefits initiatives..

Established in 2012, there are over 150 colleagues in Singapore’s Centre today including actuaries, software developers, data scientists, financial analysts and accountants. **What the day will look like**
- Undertaking process analysis and design new business processes as required
- Working closely with business SMEs to understand concept initiatives and developing business requirements specifications for H&B analytical initiatives
- Understand the data need from the business and challenge stakeholders in requirements
- Assisting Strategic Owner with strategy assessment and development for Global Health
- Handling development backlog through project management tools
- Defining sprint requirements and project management through to delivery
- Handling communications with project resources, IT and disparate local business units
- Co-ordinating with IT, systems design and development ensuring trace ability and quality against business requirements specifications
- Developing, handling and implementing user acceptance test plans for new systems development ensuring traceability to business requirements specification
- Conducting training of internal teams to ensure effective use of new processes and systems
- Identifying and highlight risks and issues to Strategic Owner for logging and resolution on project log

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University degree, preferably in a finance or business related field
- Minimum five years’ experience in people risk / health and benefits industry
- Experience with data visualisation methods such as with Tableau, QlikView, Power BI
- Relevant experience working on Agile projects.
- Consistent track record in project environment with recognized analysis, planning and activity execution
- Insightful and analytical to foresee new business needs emerging from projects
- Collaborative, great teammate, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problems
- Effective reasoning and problem solving skills
- Good organizational awareness
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of project management processes and controls
- Naturally inquisitive with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Maturity to manage and resolve internal business discussions
- Results driven and take accountability for results.
